How do I enroll in a course?
If you are not logged in and have never enrolled in a course on this site before, go to the course enrollment page and enter your enrollment code (located on the inside front cover of your workbook) and e-mail address.
If you are logged in and have enrolled in a course on this site before, click on the “My Courses” link and open the “New Enrollment Code” tab.
Where do I find my enrollment number?
Your enrollment number is located on the inside front cover of the workbook you received with your shipped course. If you purchased an online/digital version of the course, you should have received an e-mail immediately after purchasing the course that included a link to begin your enrollment.
How do I complete a course?
Click on the “My Courses” link to view your courses. To being a course click on the “Take Course” button. Read the learning objectives and view the course content (video, workbook, etc.). When you are ready to complete the quiz, click the “Take Quiz” button. Once you’ve completed and submitted the quiz you will get immediate quiz results. If you pass the quiz, you will be able to print your certificate of completion.
If I do not pass a quiz, can I retake it?
Yes. We recommend you study the course content again before retaking the quiz.
Can I stop taking a test part way through and come back to finish another time?
No, you’re answers will not be saved if you stop taking a test part way though.
Can I come back to print my certificate of completion at another time?
Yes. You’re complete course history will be saved. Simply login and click on the “My Transcripts” link to view courses you have passed and print your certificate of completion.
